Estos ejercicios se enfocan en fortalecer los m\u00fasculos abdominales y contribuir a la reducci\u00f3n de grasa en la zona del vientre. A continuaci\u00f3n, te presento algunos ejercicios que puedes incluir en tu rutina:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Plancha:<\/strong> La plancha es un ejercicio excelente para fortalecer los m\u00fasculos abdominales y tambi\u00e9n trabajar otros m\u00fasculos estabilizadores del cuerpo. Para hacer la plancha, col\u00f3cate en posici\u00f3n de flexi\u00f3n con los antebrazos apoyados en el suelo y los codos alineados con los hombros. Mant\u00e9n la espalda recta y los m\u00fasculos abdominales contra\u00eddos. Sost\u00e9n la posici\u00f3n durante 30 segundos a 1 minuto, y luego descansa. Acu\u00e9state en el suelo con las rodillas flexionadas y los pies apoyados. Coloca las manos detr\u00e1s de la cabeza o sobre el pecho. Luego, levanta la parte superior del cuerpo hacia las rodillas, contrayendo los m\u00fasculos abdominales. Luego, gira el torso hacia un lado, tocando el suelo con las manos, y luego gira hacia el otro lado. Luego, lleva una rodilla hacia el pecho y luego la otra, alternando r\u00e1pidamente las piernas como si estuvieras corriendo en el lugar. Sost\u00e9n la posici\u00f3n durante 30 segundos a 1 minuto, y luego cambia de lado.
